The chair I bought in the last deal had the footrest unit crap out already. The company said they'd send a replacement, but I have not gotten anything yet. Not satisfied with the quality or support experience here.

Maybe there's some nuance with model numbers and options that I'm overlooking but it seems this is $950 on Amazon. oops, on an extra look, it's different

Just want to say Osaki support had been nonexistent for me. I was unable to figure out how to hook up the footrest and the "instructions" provided on a half sheet of paper were clear as dirt. (my experience was for a massage bed, but still, same company)

I have had a great experience with my osaki chair. I have an old osaki 4000 series chair that I purchased almost 5 or 6 years ago. It has been used heavily every single day. It only recently crapped out on two of the four modes. (I will open the unit up to check to see if it's a loose connection or something When I get some time). But at $1,000, probably easier just to buy a new one
