I only came to gamble so I didn't know how the rooms were or the service. There is only one place to get a casino card. So don't come in on the wrong end or you'll have to walk a ways to get a card. The service people on the floor are fantastic. They greet you with a smile and are very helpful. In the food court I ate at the Italian place. The food was plentiful and really good. The price for a casino wasn't bad. Wasn't enough parking though.

Very nice staff, great food and drinks!Wish you'd make cigar smoking in designated areas only though, the majority of people don't enjoy smelling that while trying to enjoy a pricey co*cktail at the lounge. Amazing places are good to see casinos.It's a very big place. Day and night people are playing with the casino. Try your luck, me be you won. But really it's my suggestion, keep some limits with your money, otherwise you're losing everything, 😞😕😕 Just enjoy little bit time. Best of luck everyone.

Review of a CasinoPositive aspects of the casino• I love coming to this casino.• It's clean.• It's organized.• There's a lot of things to do from playing to eating and drinking around.• The staff is very professional.Negative feedback on pricing• My only negative feedback is the pricing.• To pay $20 for a drink, to pay $10 for a beer, to pay $5 for a water.• Honestly, if it's not for the price, in just going to the ATM is $10, even though you're going to spend your money here.• I feel like it's way too much.• They are definitely trying to squeeze the last nickel out of your pocket.Advice on bringing cash• So my advice to you if you come to this place, make sure you bring cash beforehand.• Unless you don't mind spending $10 to use the ATM.

Beautiful place. It’s huge. My wife and I played $60 but lost. I suggest the non smoking section of you’re not a smoker. It was hard the breath at times just walking through tables. But it was a nice place if your not staying there as well

You couldn't pay me to say something negative about this place. EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, was IMPECCABLE! The service, the food, the ambiance, the casino, everything was 6 stars in my opinion. Maybe 7. Can't wait to go back. The only negative I could come up with was..... We had to leave. Thanks Hard Rock for the "time of my life".

My wife and I stopped by after arriving from the airport. This is a beautiful hotel inside and out. On the inside, it resembles a grand mall with upscale stores and eateries.We had to drop by the casino and play a few slots. There is a great atmosphere throughout .We didn't have enough time this go round to truly enjoy all the gems this hotel has to offer. We will certainly return.

A true experience, the employees are friendly and professional and they are on top of their duties. The resort is very very very clean, the rooms are very modern they even have doorbells which is a very nice touch. My only complaint is my pillow case did have a stain on it , and the environmental staff should have noticed the stain because it was red. The experience was truly amazing, relaxing and fun. The food is very good with several options to choose from. This was such a fantastic experience , I highly recommend this resort, but don't forget your wallet or that zero balance credit card, because it's pricey but well worth the money, so treat yourself to an amazing atmosphere/ experience.

Much better than tampa hard Rock. Absolutely excellent environment and didn't walk out smelling like an ash tray.No offense. Just being honest. We live in Tampa area and love going to Hollywood better. Again being honest. Nightlife is so much better and more to offer. It really kicks up a notch around 8-10 on Friday and Saturday nights.Beautiful place. A must go if in the area...

This place is amazing. If you want to play at the casino or visit some of the restaurants there this is the place to go. They have a light show everyday. We went there for a concert and it was really comfortable and the sound was amazing. It’s also a hotel so it the whole package. Nice amenities and vibe.

Seminole Hard Rock and Hotel is my second home. I've been coming here since 05 or 06. I've witnessed all the changes this company has endured. Slots, reconstruction, old and new restaurants, spa, membership, giveaways, free hotel stays, comedy shows, and anything you can think of. I have met great people here. The rooms are to die for especially the Oasis Tower. There's so much to do around this location from nightclubs, pools, smoke shops, and the Classic Casino that's next door. Hard Rock is a wonderful place that makes you feel refreshed all over again. The only places and events I miss are Wet Willie's, Fourth of July shows, and New Year's Countdown. I can't wait to see what's new in the upcoming years.

It's always a great time when we visit the area. The pool area has multiple themes. I enjoy the beach them. The guitar is pretty cool. The balcony rooms have outdoor showers. The service is always excellent and everyone is super friendly. Perfect location for vacation or staycation.

Fantastic hotel. I forgot you could smoke and casinos so that part was a little bit of a heads up. Quick adjustment. The location is fantastic. The ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. We encountered two bad cases of customer service which is like I gave three stars to the service. I understand some people don't want to be there that day or they're unappreciated but don't take it out on customers. Especially ones that were willing to be nice to you. Not everybody is Karen's or Kevin. Otherwise it was a fantastic day. Didn't get a chance to gamble but that's more our fault for what we were actually in town for. However, we did get to walk the casino floor. Seems like more video machines than tables or we didn't look carefully. Food was definitely next level. We recommend The Bol, very very good.

Venue for many concerts and if you are into casino life then this is definitely the place for you. All day and all night long.My room was cleaned and refreshed so well! The entire property is impressively clean and well maintained. I hope on my next visit I'll be able to stay by the Guitar hotel side.This is a really nice place to come hang out. Watch the amazing indoor waterfall. Watch the impressive light show of the guitar at nights. The vibe is always right at the hard rock.

This was our first time to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood Florida. The Hotel and Casino is exceptionally nice. There are several restaurants and the food is decent.The gaming is great from the slots to the table games. There is no live table roulette but we we told that it will be coming sometime in December.

Saw concert „HAVASI“- absolutely brilliant. Dinner beforehand excellent at the cafe next to Theatre in the Casino! Unforgettable evening!!! Recommend a visit even if you don‘t stay in the hotel! Mind-blowing really! Guitar lights up n turns colors- a real spectacle🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had friends visiting the USA for the first time. After spending a week trying to find the perfect place we decided that this was it.. it didn’t let us down. The rooms were very clean, plenty of entertainment and good food. I would have no second thoughts of telling anyone to stay here. The beach hotels had very mixed reviews if you dig into them. This was great all around..

Had a good time at the brother's Osborne show. We also had dinner at a nice Japanese restaurant prior to the show. Our room in the Guitar Hotel tower was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a nice breakfast Cafe just outside the hotel lobby, which had amazing deserts and pastries. I had a chocolate croissant that was light as air and delicious. Prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected when you visit a place like this.

May 27, 2024 Memorial Day Pool Party EventI recently attended a birthday party event, and we had an incredible time!The service for the VIP cabanas and private rooms at the outdoor pool party concert event was excellent. The addition of a DJ created a lively atmosphere, and having a separate pool for the VIP area was a nice touch, offering a more exclusive experience away from the general crowd.While the general entrance area was quite packed, the VIP experience was well worth it.However, one area for improvement would be the addition of commercial fans to help manage the heat. Given this was an outdoor event in Florida, incorporating some outdoor fans, as many venues do, would significantly enhance comfort for all guests.Despite the large number of attendees, the event was well-organized. The casino and hotel location provided ample parking, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot. I was pleasantly surprised by the relatively short wait time when leaving, even with the high attendance.The VIP entrance and treatment ensured we had a seamless entry and exit experience.Overall, I highly recommend this venue for events. The combination of excellent service, great amenities, and efficient organization made for a memorable celebration.

My experience at the Hard Rock Casino was absolutely perfect. The attention from the table games employees was superb. Their professionalism and friendliness made my visit very enjoyable. Additionally, the beauty of the venue added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this casino to other gaming enthusiasts.

Beautiful hotel. Didn’t see or hear much winning going on in our four days. We had high hopes for the food which ended up being a let down. Sushimi at a sushi restaurant in Florida was extra fishy and kinda grossed me out, but the service was impeccable. The unity card is not so “united” since they only honor points. We are plum qualified at our location and couldn’t access the plum lounge here. Bartenders in the bars here really shouldn’t be in the industry to serve the public, but the bartenders in the restaurants are super friendly and outgoing, which to me means they deserve the tip that we leave.In my opinion, stay in the hotel. Utilize the pool. Enjoy the light show, and go elsewhere for fun.For reference, we brought $5,000 and won nothing betting $5-$25

Always love coming here for mini vacation getaways and we also come here every year for our anniversary. The rooms are always nice, and the ambiance amazing. Staff is helpful and nice. Bryant and David, big shout out to you two at the desk!!! You two rock! Thank you for another wonderful experience! Can't wait to be back!

I have never stayed here before & now I’m definitely planning a trip back. The oasis side was breathtaking, the decor (rugs, carpets, color swatches, lighting, walls etc.) no expense was wasted. The rooms were huge, bed massively comfy & the shower was like a spa. Plus the guitar lights were soothing while we slept. We enjoyed our time at both pools. My favorite aspect was the waterfall bar to get to it you can either swim or cross over the bridge.

Very disappointed in the overall experience. We got upgraded to a suite when we checked in because they ran out of the type of room we booked. That was the only highlight. The suite was wonderful! Overall, the staff are very unfriendly and do not want to help at all. We asked several employees for dinner recommendations and were advised we did not need reservations. Of course, when dinner rolled around, we could not get into most places without a reservation. Our dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe was awful! Overpriced and terrible food. The Korean BBQ was very good and the server was great. We were overcharged by $59 at the pool bar for drinks we didn’t order and it took more than 20 minutes to be refunded. The pool was cleared due to weather one day and the staff could not be bothered to provide any updates on the reopening without attitude. Smoking is permitted just about everywhere and it’s awful! The gym had pretty dated equipment and did not justify the resort fee. Overall, it was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. We only stayed here bc we attended a show at the live venue. Show was great, but the hotel is not one we will revisit.

It's not a bad spot if you just need a place to lay your head for the night. They've got all your basic needs.Pretty cool that McDonald's is right across the street if you need a quick snack.Made for cool photos during the walk.

This is a place you have to visit in Miami metro area. World class casino with all amenities to please everyone. They have restaurants of all kinds around the spot. This venue is great for concerts, business meetings, good to have one day or a week of fun. One of the many wonders of this place is the new hotel building that has a shape of a guitar, with its own LED show. Best of all, Free Parking! We had a great time there!

To be fair, recieved a complimentary room. We made the reservation request for a double queen, ended up getting a king and told we arrived too late. Tough luck I guess for a party of 4 people.Second, The room itself has elements are are annoying or layout decisions and style choices that are beyond me. Not terrible, but enough to make you shrug your shoulders.* flickering light in the bathroom when you are in there. And doesn't remain on when you leave. This is the light you would like have on as a night light in the light of you are with family sharing a room.* poor choice in a bed bench! While fumbling in the dark I stubbed a toe and banged a knee within 5 minutes. I found it hilarious laughing at myself because I knew it was there couldn't safely approach in the dark. If you have elderly parents, just be aware of the bed bench the metal frame at the top and lower feet at night.* a bathroom mirror/ wall that can be opened from the other side. It just makes you wonder. Why would you design the bathroom this way.The positives of the hotel are that the Hard Rock has stepped up their game in terms of image. The lobby and casino integration looks great. Far better than years in the past. The room experience has me hesitant about staying here again other than for possibly business.

Buddy came in town for the weekend. Decided to roll out and visit the Hard Rock Casino has I haven’t been there in years. Renovations are on point! Place looks amazing and making the hotel in the shape of a guitar is epic. Bars and restaurants in the casino are decent enough so you can avoid leaving the property for food or just to grab a drink. I do miss the nightclubs and restaurants that were on the outside though.

We drive from West Palm Down to Hard Rock. Parking is Free but brutal! Prepare for chaos (even with 2 garages)! Casino is huge, lovely, stores are well lit and plentiful. Club is usually hopping on the weekend. No free drinks (which likely adds to a better clientele)Craps tables are fun but not any luckier than any other casino. Dealers are still new to table games - so counting payouts and occasional mistakes and slow pays are to be expected. Place is usually hoping all the time. Smells way less Smoky than most casinos likely do to more modern air filter systems. Bathrooms are clean and modern, food options are affordable, tasty and plentiful. Dining area is inviting but fills up quickly on the weekend Fri sat and sun nights. Lines for cashiers are often 30 people deep but typically move rather quick like walmart self pay. Overall a good experience.

Absolutely loved the property. Pools are great. The light show was fun. Staff was great. Many places to choose from to eat. Concierge very helpful. I guess if I had any criticism it would be that poolside drinks are $$$(20) and I would avoid Council Oak. Our steaks were so tough I thought the bottle of wine was going to fall off the table cutting them. We aren’t strangers to dry aged ,prime,A5 cuts and what we were served did not qualify.

Had a fantastic time and amazing night celebrating my birthday here. I was lucky to see Rod Stewart in concert who delivered a stellar performance. I absolutely love this hotel and casino as it delivers on great hospitality, great entertainment and there is something here for everyone. The light show at 8 pm is a sight to be seen up close. The staff are always friendly and treat each guest with special care and attentiveness. The co*cktails and food are first class all the way. I would love to be able to spend a night here just to experience the whole package and give my review after all I am a huge fan!!
